✨ Bankruptcy and Debtors Notices

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,

CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts;" and

In the matter of the estate of Patrick William Foley of Durham and Peterborough Streets Christchurch formerly of Hereford Street Christchurch trading as Plasterer in partnership with John Foley under the firm of "Foley Brothers" and lately in business on his separate account in Durham and Peterborough Streets aforesaid debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of the Court bearing date this Ninth day of July 1867 the estate and effects of the above named debtor were sequestrated and vested in James Edwin Graham of Christchurch Esq. Inspector in Bankruptcy as Receiver under the provisions of the said Acts and Wednesday the 24th day of July next was by such order appointed for the hearing of the petition of the said debtor. The vesting order protects the person and estate of the said debtor from all legal process for debt.
