ERRATUM.
In Gazette, No. XXXVI., June 24, 1867, page 195, in Clause 12 of the Conditions attached to the Conditional License granted to Thomas Hetherington, South Rakaia, all the words after “Provincial Government” should have been omitted.

I, the undersigned, William Watt, hereby make application to register the “Victorian Co-operative Gold Mining Company, registered,” under the provisions of the “Mining Company’s Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular; namely,

The name and style of the Company is the “Victorian Co-operative Gold Mining Company, registered.”

The place of operation is at the Kanieri Township.

The nominal capital of the Company is nine hundred pounds, in forty-five shares of twenty pounds each.

The amount already paid up is four hundred pounds.

The name of the manager is William Watt.

The office of the Company is at the engine-house.
