HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves upon the recommendation of the Provincial Council, viz.:--

| 28 2 20 | Situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the north by the continuation of the northern boundary of the Town Belt, on the east by Sale-street, on the south by Spencer-street, and on the west by Fitzherbert-street; subject nevertheless to a footpath, ten feet wide, along the northern boundary of this Reserve. | For extension of Cemetery, Hokitika. | |
| 806 | 70 0 0 | Situate in the Ellesmere District, bounded on the westward by the Taumutu and Bridge’s-road, and also by a line drawn at right angles to the said road from a point on the southern side thereof, situated about fifteen chains south-east of Trigonometrical Station E 12; on the southward and eastward by the low-water line of Lake Ellesmere; and on the northward by the aforesaid road, and also by a line at right angles to the same, so as to include the above quantity. | For a Landing Place. |

| 309 | 0 3 30 | Situate in the Town of Greymouth, commencing at a point on the eastern side of Preston-road, the same being situated twenty-eight chains three links from the south-western corner of section 229; thence southerly following the said road a distance of five chains, and extending back easterly at right angles, having a depth of two chains on the northern and one chain seventy-five links on the southern boundaries respectively, being bounded on the eastward by a straight line. | For a Slaughter Yard. |
