HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has appointed

Mr. JOHN LANDSBOROUGH

to be an Inspector under “The Sheep Ordinance, 1864,” to inspect sea-borne Sheep and Sheep dipped at Timaru.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE, the undersigned, SIMON DONELLY and JAMES MARSHALL, hitherto carrying on business as Butchers and Bakers at TIMARU, hereby give notice that we have this day dissolved partnership.

All moneys and debts due to and from our late firm will be received and paid by

James Marshall, whose receipt will be a valid discharge.

HIS Honor the Superintendent, in pursuance of certain powers vested in him by “The Electric Telegraph Ordinance, 1862,” directs it to be notified that, on and after the First day of July, 1867, the Fees and Dues to be received for the transmission and delivery of every despatch, message, or other communication by the West Coast Telegraph shall be as follows:—
