Christchurch June 6, 1867.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, temporarily, under the 19th Clause of the Waste Land Regulations—For Gravel Pits; viz.—
No. 811, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of the Railway Reserve, the said point being about one hundred and ten chains south of trig. station No. 28; thence south-westerly, following the said reserve a distance of ten chains, and extending back south-easterly a distance of five chains, in a rectangular block.
No. S12, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of the Railway Reserve, the said point being about forty-eight chains south-east of trig. station No. 28; thence south-westerly, following the said reserve a distance of seven chains fifteen links, and extending back south-easterly a distance of seven chains, in a rectangular block.
No. 813, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the eastern side of the South Road, the same being seventy-six chains south of where the said road is intersected by the stream running through P.R.P. on run No. 505, following the said road southerly a distance of seven chains, and extending back easterly at right angles, having a depth of about eight chains on the northern and seven chains on the southern boundaries respectively, being bounded on the eastward by the Railway Reserve.
No. 814, in red.—Within Improvement Pre-emptive Right E, on run 505. Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the western side of the South Road, situate about one chain fifty links south of the north-eastern corner of I. P. R. E. on run No. 505; thence southerly, following the said road a distance of ten chains, and extending back westerly at right angles to the general direction of said road, a distance of five chains.
No. 815, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road leading from the Waibao to Waimate, the said point being about seven and a half chains north-west of the westernmost corner of section 10020; thence south-easterly, following the said road south-easterly a distance of ten chains, and extending back a distance of five chains, in a rectangular block.
No. 816, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the western side of the South Road, the same being twenty-three chains south of the bend in the road situate north of section 10016, thence southerly, following the said road a distance of seven chains, and extending back westerly a distance of seven chains fifteen links in a rectangular block.
No. 817, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, commencing at a point on the western side of the south road, the same being the south-eastern corner of section 655A; thence southerly following the said road a distance of ten chains; thence westerly at a right angle a distance of five chains; thence again at a right angle, northerly, following a straight line to the southern boundary of the before-mentioned section, and from thence returning along the said boundary to the commencing point.

NOTICE is hereby given that by orders of the Supreme Court bearing date the Seventh day of June 1867 pursuant to the above-named Acts the estates and effects of the undermentioned debtors were sequestrated and rested in the Receivers hereunder mentioned and the Twenty-fourth day of June next is appointed for the hearing of the petitions of the said debtors at the Court House Christchurch at eleven o’clock in the forenoon. The persons and estates of the said debtors are protected from all legal process for debt until further orders of the Court—
