✨ Road Closure Ordinance

Be it therefore enacted by the Superintendent of the said Province with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:---

  1. The Public Roads described in the Schedule to this Ordinance and in the plans hereto annexed shall be closed up and shall henceforth cease to be Public Roads.

  2. This Ordinance shall be entitled and may be cited as "The Diversion of Roads Special Ordinance 1867."
