(a) DECLARATION.—I, J. T. Brown, of Mount Thomas on the Ashley, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete master of all the Sheep in my charge and that my Sheep, branded ——, being 8,000 in number, now being at Mount Thomas, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Mount Thomas, this 5th day of March, 1867.—H. RAMSAY SCARVELL, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, S. Nosworthy, of St. Leonards, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 512 in number, marked ——, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, W. H. Jackson, of Hakateramea Station, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 300 in number, marked ——, now being depastured by me at Hourow Station, Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
