NOTICE.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts.”

H IS Honor Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq., the Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall sit, for the despatch of business accruing under the provisions of the above mentioned Acts, at the Court House, Christchurch, on Monday, the Thirteenth day of May next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

T HE Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, as Brewers, under the style or firm of “DEACON AND VINCENT,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be carried on by MR. DEACON alone, who will receive all debts due to and pay all debts owing by the firm.
