HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserve, temporarily, under the 19th clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, for a Landing Place, viz.:—
No. 806, in red.—Seventy acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere District, bounded on the westward by the Taumutu and Bridges Road, and also by a line drawn at right angles to the said road from a point on the southern side thereof situated about fifteen chains south-east of trigonometrical station E 12, on the southward and eastward by the low water line of Lake Ellesmere, and on the northward by the aforesaid road, and also by a line at right angles to the same, so as to include the above quantity.

CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act.”
NOTICE is hereby given that by the several orders of the Supreme Court bearing date respectively Nineteenth and Twentieth February one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven the estates and effects of the undermentioned debtors were sequestrated and Monday the Eighteenth day of March next appointed for the hearing of the said petitions viz. Henry Bogie Huddleston of Town Belt East Christchurch civil engineer Joseph Rowley of High street Christchurch tinsmith.
