DECLARATIONS
(a) DECLARATION. – I, Joseph Glendinning, of the Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 606 in number, marked — now being depastured by me at the Hurunui Crossing, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Highfield, 31st December, 1866.—To H. R. Scarvell, Esq., Inspector of Sheep, Canterbury.
I do hereby certify that the 607 sheep which I have this day delivered to Messrs. Glendenning and Mallinson have not been dipped in any scab-destroying preparation since May, 1865.

(b) DECLARATION. – I, Charles Orbell, of Timaru, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 99 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the River Waitangi, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
Declared before me at the Waitangi, this 5th day of January, 1867.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.
