HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, upon the recommendation of the Provincial Council; viz.—

| 170 | 1 0 0 | Situate at the Cross Roads on the line drawn between trig. stations M 23 and M 30, in the Mandeville District. | For a Gravel-pit. |
| 172 | 10 0 0 | Situate at Pigeon Bay, bounded on the north by a road south of 2311, on the south by a creek, on the east by section 170, and the road reserved along the beach, extending westerly between the creek and the first-mentioned road, so as to include the above quantity. | For Church and School. |
