In the matter of Maria Chillingworth of Lyttelton in the said district, Widow, lately carrying on business as Storekeeper at Lyttelton aforesaid, a debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above mentioned debtor has been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Eleventh day of December instant on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above named Acts and Wednesday the Twentieth day of February next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865."
