HEREBY certify that Charles Lloyd M.D. has this day submitted to me for examination his Diploma, as Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and that I find that he was admitted a Member on the Twenty-first of December, 1855; he is therefore entitled to be considered a duly qualified Medical Practitioner, under "The Medical Practitioners' Ordinance, Session I, No. 2, 1849."
