AUDITOR’S REPORT.

SIR,

Before commencing my official report and remarks upon the Accounts transmitted herewith, I have to refer, with regret, to the decease of Wm. Thomson, Esq., late Provincial Auditor, and to inform you that immediately after the occurrence of the event I commenced my duties as Acting Provincial Auditor, agreeably to the provisions of the "Provincial Audit Act, 1861."

I have the honor to hand you herewith the following documents, viz:—

  1. The Treasurer’s Accounts of Receipts and Expenditure, rendered monthly, for the twelve months ending 30th June, 1866.
