NOTICE
River Eyre, following said bank westward to the western boundary of Run No. 14; thence following this boundary northward to the Cust Main Drain Reserve, and a line in continuation of said boundary drawn straight to the south bank of the River Ashley; thence following this bank to the commencing point.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership, if any, heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business as Importers and General Storekeepers at Kaiapoi, Saltwater Creek, and Leithfield, under the style or firm of “J. White and Co.” was dissolved, on the 31st day of March, 1866, by mutual consent:—

Sir,—According to your instructions, I have examined the North Avon Bridge and Road Diversion, and have the honor to report that the said Bridge and Road Diversion are carried out in conformity with the provisions required by Clause 3 of the “North Avon Bridge and Road Diversion Ordinance, 1866, Sess. XXIV, No. 18.”

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made the Eleventh day of September instant the estate and effects of the above-named debtor were sequestrated and Henry Fowle Seager of Christchurch was appointed Receiver under the said Acts and the Twelfth day of November next at the Court House Christchurch was appointed as the time and place for the hearing of the petition of the said debtor and the said order was thereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the said “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865.”
