CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862;” and
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865;” and
In the matter of Frederick Lane, of Christchurch, in the said District, Bricklayer, a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by an order of this Honorable Court made in this matter on the Twenty-third day of August instant, the further hearing of the petition of the above named debtor was adjourned to Monday, the Twenty-fourth day of September next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above mentioned debtor has been sequestrated, by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson, made on the Twenty-first day of August instant, on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above named Acts, and Monday, the Twenty-fourth day of September next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, has been appointed for the hearing of such petition, at the Court House, Christchurch; and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the said “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865.”
