HIS Honor the Superintendent directs the publication of the following amended description of Reserve No. 438, made upon the recommendation of the Provincial Council, and published in the Provincial Government Gazette, Vol. XIII, No. 12:—

Three roods ten perches, more or less, situated in the Town of Hokitika, having three chains frontage to Tancred Street, and extending back westerly, at right angles, a depth of two hundred and forty links on the north boundary, and three hundred links on the south boundary; being bounded on the west by a straight line three hundred and six links, and on the south by Hamilton Street.

DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Co-Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, in the several trades or callings of Hotel-keepers and Carriers, in the City of Christchurch, under the several names, styles, or firms of “Barrett, Brothers,” and “Thomas and John Barrett,” are and each and every of them is determined and dissolved, by mutual consent, from this date.

Notice is also hereby given that the said several trades and businesses, so far as the same have been hitherto carried on as aforesaid, shall henceforth be carried on by the undersigned, Thomas Barrett, in his own name and on his own sole account, and that all moneys owing to the said several firms, or either of them, will henceforth be received by the said Thomas Barrett; and that all debts due by either of the said firms will be discharged by the said Thomas Barrett.

Witness our hands, this Sixteenth day of August, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
