William Beresford Chambers Christy, M.D.,
having resigned the office of Provincial Surgeon for the Timaru District, he has accepted such resignation.

to be Provincial Surgeon for the Timaru District.

Sergeant Thomas Sugre for the district of Ross, Westland, vice Charles O’Donnel, removed; and

Constable Thomas Robert O’Callaghan for the district of Greymouth, Westland, vice Henry Hartstonge Pery, removed.

HEREBY certify that Thomas Harold has this day submitted to me, for examination, his Diploma, as Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and that I find that he was admitted a Member on the Seventh of May, 1860; he is therefore entitled to be considered a duly qualified Medical Practitioner, under “The Medical Practitioners’ Ordinance, Session I, No. 2, 1849.”
