Rowe Fawcett and Charles Fanshaw

Province, comedians, debtors, not in
custody.
NOTICE is hereby given that by order of
his Honor Mr. Justice Gresson dated
the 25th day of May 1866 the Estate of the
above-named Thomas Rowe Fawcett and
Charles Fanshaw Evereste was sequestered
and protection from all legal process for
debts granted to the said Thomas Rowe
Fawcett and Charles Fanshaw Evereste
upon their petition filed in the Supreme
Court of Hokitika and the hearing of the
Petition was appointed to take place on
Monday the Thirtieth day of July next
ensuing at the Supreme Court House Hoki-
tika in the said district at eleven o’clock in
the forenoon.
Dated at Hokitika the fourth day of July
1866.

One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six
the estate of the above named Corlies Lloyd
Throckmorton was sequestrated and protec-
tion from all legal process for debt granted
to the said Corlies Lloyd Throckmorton upon
his petition previously filed in the Supreme
Court at Hokitika and the hearing of such
petition was appointed to take place on
Monday the Thirtieth day of July next
ensuing at the Supreme Court House Hoki-
tika in the said district at eleven o’clock in
the forenoon.
