His Honor the Superintendent directs the publication of the following Certificate of the Provincial Engineer for general information, pursuant to section 2 of “The Ashley Bridge Ordinance, 1866.”

Sir,—I have the honor to inform you that, in obedience to your instructions, I inspected the Bridge over the Ashley on the 31st ultimo, and hereby certify to its completion, as required by “The Ashley Bridge Ordinance, 1866,” Sess. XXIV, No. 13.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the firm of PEACOCK AND Co. was dissolved, by effluxion of time, on the 31st of December, 1862, and was reconstituted; Mr. J. T. Peacock retiring therefrom on that day, in favor of Mr. Charles Wesley Turner.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned was, on the 31st day of May now last past, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due by the said partnership firm will be paid by the undersigned Joseph Anderson.
