In the matter of George Willis and John Wildridge, late of Queenstown, in the Province of Otago, trading under the firm of “Willis and Wildridge,” Publicans, but now of Woodstock, near Hokitika, in the Westland District of the Province of Canterbury, Miners, debtors.

NOTICE is hereby given that the estates of the above-mentioned debtors have been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Eleventh day of May instant on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above-named Acts and Monday the Thirtieth day of July next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Hokitika aforesaid and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to Section 8 of the said “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865.”
