HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the following Reserves made by him, temporarily, under the 19th clause of the Waste Land Regulations, have been confirmed by the Provincial Council; viz.—

P. 10 0 0 more or less | Situate in Little Akaroa, Banks’ Peninsula, commencing at the north-western corner of Section No. 409, on the Beach road, following along the western boundary of said section in a south-westerly direction, a distance of six chains ninety links to the northern corner of section No. 773, thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary thereof a distance of nineteen chains sixty links to the road forming the south-western boundary of the said section 773, thence following the said road north-westerly six chains thirty links to the road first above mentioned and returning along that road to the commencing point. | For church and school, Little Akaroa. |
