section No. 9021, on the north by that section and a line in continuation of its southern boundary, and on the west by a line parallel to the eastern boundary at such distance as to give the required quantity.

No. 712, in red.—Two hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford District, being bounded on the north by the road south of section No. 7963, on the west by the road along the foot of the downs and the eastern boundary of section 7126, and by the continuation of the road along the foot of the downs and by section 8474, and on the east by the western boundary of that section and by a line in continuation of the eastern boundary thereof.

No. 713, in red.—One hundred and fifty acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district, being bounded on the south by the Cust main drain, on the east by the drain and road reserve forming the western boundary of sections No. 7287, 7288, and 9291, on the north by a line at right angles to the said road and drain reserve, and at such a distance as will give the required quantity, the western boundary being parallel to the said road and drain reserve and forty chains distant from it.

No. 714, in red.—One hundred and fifty acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford district, bounded on the north by the river Eyre, on the southwest by the Harewood road, by Riccarton, and on the south-east by a line drawn at right angles to the said road to include the above quantity.

No. 715, in red.—Eighty-three acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere District, being bounded on the north west by the Selwyn and Rakai road, on the north-east by section No. 6258, on the south-east by a line in continuation of the south-eastern boundary of that section, and on the south-west by a road.

No. 716, in red.—One hundred and fifty-four acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district, bounded on the north-west by the road north-west of section No. 9644, on the north-east by the road north-east of section No. 9725, on the south-east by section No. 9725, and on the south-west by section No. 9644.

No. 717, in red.—One hundred and fifty-seven acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district, being bounded on the north and west by the road east of sections No. 7727 and 9734, on the east by sections Nos. 9671 and 9466, and on the south by sections No. 8827 and 9466, and by the road south of the last-mentioned section.

No. 718, in red.—One hundred and fifty-four acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district being bounded on the north-west by Cryer’s road, on the north-east by section No. 9451, on the south-east by a line parallel to and 40 chains distant from Cryer’s road, and on the south-west by the road separating this section from section No. 7048.

No. 719, in red.—One hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district, being bounded on the west by the Southern Railway on the south by section No. 9475 and a line in continuation of the northern boundary of that section, on the east by the road west of section No. 9505, and on the north by the Tramway Reserve, and a line at right angles to the Southern Railway to contain the above quantity.

No. 720, in red.—One hundred and twelve acres, more or less, situate in the Christchurch district, being bounded on the north-east by sections Nos. 7976, 7975, and 8163, on the north-west by the road north-west of section No. 7743, and on the south-west by sections Nos. 7499, 7703, and 7743.

No. 721, in red.—One hundred acres, more or less, situate in the Christchurch district, being bounded on the northwest by the road south-east of section No. 9133, on the south-west by section No. 8814, on the south-east by sections No. 6871, 6870, and 6820, and on the north-east by a line to include the above quantity.

No. 722, in red.—One hundred and forty acres, more or less, situate in the Upper Christchurch district, being bounded on the north-east by the road south-west of section No. 9098, on the south-east by the road north-west of section No. 6168, on the south-west by the Waianiwaniwa and on the north-west by a line at right angles to the first described boundary to include the quantity required.
