(a) DECLARATION.—I, William Rutherford, of Addington, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 790 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui Crossing, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, T. W. Bruce, of Motanau, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 6,000 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui Crossing, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, William Gray, of Governor’s Bay, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 110 in number, now being at Quail Island, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
