73 0 0 At Barry’s Bay, Banks’ Peninsula, being bounded on the south by 7912, and a line in continuation of the southern boundary of that section, on the east by 7912, on the north-east by 7658, on the south-east by 7658, on the north-west by the reserve No. 234 (in red) and a line in continuation of its southern boundary, and on the west by a line at right angles to the southern boundary, to include the required quantity, and numbered 8916. Payment to Challis and Sprott for work on the Barry’s Bay and Little River road, executed by them under contract with the Government.
30 0 0 At German Bay, Akaroa, bounded on the west by part of sections 6988 and 5094, on the north by the road on the ridge between Robinson’s Bay and German Bay, on the south by a road running through section 6988, and on the east by a line parallel to the north-east boundary of section 5094, to include the quantity, and numbered 8960. Payment to Challis and Sprott for work on the Barry’s Bay and Little River road, executed by them under contract with the Government.
21 0 0 At the Head of the Bay, Akaroa, having frontage of 525 links on the road east of 7665, and extending back westerly forty chains in a rectangular block, north of and adjoining 7665, and numbered 8997. Payment to Challis and Sprott for work on the Barry’s Bay and Little River road, executed by them under contract with the Government.
20 0 0 At Camp Bay, Banks’ Peninsula, having frontage of five chains on the road south of 3651, and extending back south-easterly forty chains on the average, being four chains west of section 8813, and numbered 8917. Payment to W. R. and G. Rhodes for drainage in the Avon district, executed by them under contract with the Government.
20 0 0 At Camp Bay, Banks’ Peninsula, being a rectangular block of land, 2451 links from east to west, and 817 links from north to south, being bounded on the east by 3626, the south-east corner of this section to be about 675 links north of the south-west corner of 3626, and numbered 8918. Payment to W. R. and G. Rhodes for drainage in the Avon district, executed by them under contract with the Government.
20 0 0 At Camp Bay, Banks’ Peninsula, being bounded on the north-west by the road south-east of 3651, on the east by a line parallel to and four chains distant from the western boundary of section 8917, on the south by section 8918, and on the west by a line parallel to the eastern boundary, to include the required quantity, and numbered 8919. Payment to W. R. and G. Rhodes for drainage in the Avon district, executed by them under contract with the Government.
20 0 0 At Camp Bay, Banks’ Peninsula, being a rectangular block of land, 2451 links from north to south, and 817 links from east to west, being bounded on the north by 3626, and partly on the east by 229a, and numbered 8920. Payment to W. R. and G. Rhodes for drainage in the Avon district, executed by them under contract with the Government.
20 0 0 In the Lyttelton District, being bounded on the north by the base of the hills (if allowed as a boundary on survey), on the south by the road running through sections 2700, 2756, and 2877, and a road branching therefrom; on the west by a line at right angles to the first-mentioned road drawn from a point, being twenty-two chains north-east of the south-east corner of the before-mentioned sections 2700, 2756, and 2877; and on the east by a line parallel to the western boundary, to include the required quantity, and numbered 9249. Payment to W. R. and G. Rhodes for drainage in the Avon district, executed by them under contract with the Government.
