SALE OF TOWN AND RURAL LANDS.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs
it to be notified that he has fixed
Monday, the Twenty-second day of January,
One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six,
at the hour of noon, at a sitting of the
Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office, at
Christchurch, as the time and place when a
sale by auction of Town and Rural Land
North of the Rangitata shall take place, in
accordance with clause 24 and clause 35 of
the Waste Lands Regulations, subject to
the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the regulations for the disposal,
sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste
Lands of the Crown, now in force within
the Province of Canterbury.
Applications will be received by the Waste
Lands Board, at Christchurch, on and up to
Monday, the Eighth day of January, One
thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
