(a) DECLARATION.—I, Malcolm McFarlane, of White Rock Station, Ashley, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 12,000 in number, now being at the White Rock Station, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

MALCOLM McFARLANE.

Declared before me at White Rock, this 6th day of January, 1865.—H. RAMSAY SCARVELL, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, W. Henry Morley, of Lincoln Road, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 420 in number, now being at the Lincoln Road, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, Hugh Bennett, of Prebbleton, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 80 in number, now being at Prebbleton, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

HUGH BENNETT.

Declared before me at Prebbleton, this 23rd day of January, 1865.—P. B. BOULTON, Chief Inspector of Sheep.

(d) DECLARATION.—I, Charles Meyer, of Station Peak, Waitangi, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 4530 in number, branded —, now being depastured by me at Otekaike, in the Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

CHARLES MEYER.

Declared before me at Station Peak, this 25th day of January, 1865.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.

(e) DECLARATION.—I, W. K. McCulloch, of Elephant Hill Station, Canterbury, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, eight in number, marked 7-, now being depastured by me at Waitangi, in the Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
