No. 462, in red.—Two hundred and fifty acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford District, being bounded on the west by section No. 9087, on the south and east by the Waimakariri, and on the north by a line to contain the quantity required, being at right angles to the eastern boundary of the before-mentioned section 9087—For the uses of the Provincial Government, and for other public purposes, and particularly for a ferry.
No. 463, in red.—Ten acres three roods, more or less, situate at Kanieri township, West Canterbury, and known as Cobden’s Quay, being bounded on the south-west by the Kanieri river, on the north-west by the continuation of the north-western side of Papanui-street, on the south-east by the continuation of the south-eastern side of Kaiapoi-street, and on the north-east by a line parallel to and two chains distant from the first-described boundary—For the purposes of a public wharf.
No. 464, in red.—Three roods twenty-four perches, more or less, situate in the Township of Kanieri, and being bounded on the south-west by Cobden’s Quay, on the south-east by Camp-street, on the north-west by a line parallel to that street and three chains distant from it, and on the north-east by Camp Reserve—For police purposes.
No. 465, in red.—Nine acres three roods, more or less, situate in the Township of Kanieri, being bounded on the south-east by Timaru-street, on the south-west by Cobden’s Quay, on the north-west by St. Alban’s-street, and on the north-east by Rochfort-street—As a site for Government buildings.
