WHEREAS by a Proclamation, bearing date the Twelfth day of December, 1861, John Perry Robinson, Esquire, then Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, did declare and proclaim that the Colonies of Victoria, of New South Wales, of Queensland, of South Australia, and of Western Australia, as well as the Colony of Tasmania, and the Colony of the Cape of Good Hope, and also the Provinces of Otago and Southland, in the Colony of New Zealand, should be deemed to be for the purposes of the "Diseased Cattle Act, 1861," Infected Districts.
And whereas, by a proclamation bearing date the Eleventh day of August, 1863, the aforesaid proclamation was revoked in so far as the same related to the Colonies of South Australia and Tasmania, and the District of Twofold Bay, in the Colony of New South Wales.
And whereas by a proclamation bearing date the Fifth day of February, 1864, the District of Twofold Bay in the Colony of New South Wales was declared to be an Infected District, within the meaning of the "Diseased Cattle Act, 1861."
