(a) DECLARATION.—I, Richard Westenra, of Camden Station, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 6,000 in number, now being at Camden Station, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, W. Boag, of Fendaltown Road, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep, branded —, being 283 in number, now being at Fendaltown Road, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, Michael Studholme, of Waimate, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 14 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me on the South Bank of the Waitaki, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
Declared before me at the South Side of the Waitaki, this 27th day of October, 1865.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.
