PROCLAMATION

By His Honor SAMUEL BEALEY, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, summoning the Provincial Council.

I, SAMUEL BEALEY, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby summon the Provincial Council to meet, for the despatch of business, at the Council Chamber, at Christchurch, at Two o’clock in the afternoon, on Tuesday, the Twenty-first day of November, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this Fourth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
