exercise of the powers delegated to him by
His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand,
under and by virtue of "The Gold Fields Act, 1862" and "The Gold Fields Act Amendment Act, 1863," he has appointed
JUSTIN AYLMER, Esq.,
to be a Warden on the West Canterbury Gold Field.
This appointment to be deemed to be provisional only until the same shall have been confirmed and allowed by the Governor.
