The fares to be as follows:—For foot passengers to pay one shilling each, horsemen two shillings and sixpence each, between the hours above named; the fares to be doubled at all other times. Drays and other vehicles, five shillings; merchandise, per ton, ten shillings; wool, per bale, one shilling. Officers of the Supreme Court, Magistrates, and police constables on duty, and prisoners, to be ferried free of charge. To afford every assistance in her power in directing strangers to a safe fording across the river.
