PURSUANT to the Provisions of "The Auctioneers Ordinance, Session III, No. 3," I hereby give notice that the undermentioned Person has taken out an Auctioneer’s Licence for the term ending 30th June, 1865:—

PUBLIC NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the Public-house Ordinance, 1863, Quarterly Meetings of Justices of the Peace will be held at the Resident Magistrates’ Courts at Christchurch, Lyttelton, Akaroa, Timaru, and Kaiapoi, on the Fourth day of July next, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering applications for Public-house Licences, for the districts of Christchurch, Lyttelton, Akaroa, Timaru, and Kaiapoi.

The following applications have been received at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Christchurch:—
