(a) DECLARATION.—I, Robert Boys, of Stonyhurst Station, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 2 rams in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, Thomas Barton, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 13 in number, marked —, now being under my charge on board of the vessel “Gratitude,” transhipped ex “Zealandia,” Foster, from London, now lying in the Port of Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
