NOTICE is hereby given that by several Orders of the Supreme Court made on the Fifteenth day of February last, the hearings of the Petitions of the undermentioned Debtors were adjourned until Monday, the Fifteenth day of May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Christchurch, namely:

Thomas Steadman, of Woodend, in the Province of Canterbury, Miller, trading in co-partnership with Charles Paddock, under the name or style of "Steadman and Paddock."

Benjamin Napthali Jones, of the Lyttelton Hotel, Christchurch, Licensed Victualler.

Frank Guiness, of Akaroa, in the Province of Canterbury, Inspector of Police, formerly of Christchurch, Commission Agent.

John Brown Binley, of Timaru, in the Province of Canterbury, Sodawater Manufacturer; and formerly of Brown's Bridge, in the South Sefton District, Licensed Victualler.

Charles Berjew Fooks, of Norwich Quay, Lyttelton, Merchant, trading under the name or style of "Fooks and Co.," and formerly of Avonside, near Christchurch, Farmer.

Wentworth George Trask, of Christchurch, out of business, previously of Nelson, before then of Wanganui, and formerly of Christchurch, Butcher.

In the matter of "The Debtors' and Creditors' Act, 1862."

NOTICE is hereby given that by the several Orders of the Supreme Court, bearing the dates hereunder written, the estates of the undermentioned Debtors were, on their several petitions, sequestrated, and Henry Fowle Seager appointed Receiver to the several estates, and Monday, the Fifteenth day of May next appointed for the hearing of the said Petitions, at the Court House, Christchurch, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon:

On the 27th January, 1865.—Herbert Ellis Danvers, of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, in the Colony of New Zealand, Shipowner, and Master Mariner; formerly of Richmond, in the county of Surrey, in England.

On the 31st January, 1865.—Thomas Atkinson, of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury; formerly of Lyttelton in the said Province, Licensed Victualler.

On the 3rd February, 1865.—Edwin Bennett, of Norwich Quay, Lyttelton, Butcher.
