(a) DECLARATION.—I, J. M. Ollivier, of Balmoral, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 420 in number, marked L, now being depastured by me at the North Bank of the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, William Dunford, sen., of Lavington Station, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 8,000 in number, now being at Lavington, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, John Studholme, of Waimate, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, three in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Waitaki River, Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
