In the matter of “The Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act, 1862” (Section 8).
HIS Honor, Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq.,
the Judge presiding in this Honorable
Court, has appointed that the Court shall
sit, for the despatch of business accruing
under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Act, at the Court House (Town Hall),
Christchurch, on Wednesday, the Fifteenth
day of February next, at eleven o’clock in
the forenoon.
