LINCOLN DISTRICT.

Commencing at a point on Shand’s Road, the same being the north-western corner of section 3650, following easterly along the southern boundary of the Prebbleton District to the western boundary of the Halswell District, following southerly along the last mentioned boundary to the River Halswell, following down the said river to the south-eastern corner of sections 4711 and 4821, following westerly and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of those sections, and a line in continuation of the last mentioned boundary to the north-eastern corner of section 5747, following westerly along the northern boundary line of that section and of sections 5941, 6072, 6134, 6238, and 6873, thence following a straight line to the south-eastern corner of section 6306, following westerly the southern boundary of that section and a line in continuation of the same to the Springs Road, following northerly along that road to the north-east corner of section 2951, following westerly along the northern boundary thereof to the Weedon and Springs Road, following north-westerly along that road to its junction with Shand’s Road before mentioned, and from thence returning along that road to the starting point.

LOWER HEATHCOTE DISTRICT.

Commencing at Wilson’s Bridge on the River Heathcote, following down that river to the bridge at the Ferry, thence following the estuary of that river to the north-eastern corner of section 15, thence along the north-eastern boundary of that section and of sections 27, 28, 34, 39, 42, 131, 103, 101, 99, 88, and 84, thence southerly following the road on the north-west side of the last mentioned section to the north-eastern corner of section 69, following westerly along the northern boundary thereof to the Town Belt, following southerly along the said belt to the Ferry Road, thence south-easterly along the Ferry Road to the Hills Road, and from thence returning along the said road to the starting point.

HEATHCOTE VALLEY DISTRICT.

Commencing at the north-eastern corner of section 245 on the River Heathcote, following easterly along the southern bank of that river to trig. pole 14, thence following...

TOWNSHIP OF LYTTELTON DISTRICT.

The Town of Lyttelton, as delineated on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Canterbury, setting out and describing the said town, and including the town reserves.

GOVERNOR’S BAY DISTRICT.

Commencing at a point on the Kaituna Pass Road, the same being the northernmost corner of section 1837, following southerly along that road to the ridge of the hills, following westerly along said ridge by McQueen’s Pass and Gebbie’s Pass to the ridge by Cooper’s Knobs and Cass’ Peak, following northerly and north-easterly along that ridge to the Dyer’s Pass Road, following southerly along that road and the creek running through section 226 to the sea, and from thence returning along the sea beach to the starting point.

DUVauCHELLE’S BAY DISTRICT.

Bounded on the southward by the ridge of hills separating French Farm Bay from Barry’s Bay, Akaroa Harbour, and a straight line drawn through trig. pole 17 to the road which passes through section 922, thence by that road to the ridge of the hills round Akaroa Harbour and on the north-eastward northward, and north-westward by that ridge.

AKAROA DISTRICT.

Bounded on the northward by the Duvauchelle’s Bay District, on the eastward by the continuation of the ridge of the hills forming the north-eastern boundary of that district, on the westward by Akaroa Harbour, and on the southward by the Onuku Native Reserve and a line in continuation of the northern boundary of the said reserve to the ridge of the hills before mentioned.

OKAIN’S BAY DISTRICT.

Bounded on the north and north-east by the sea, on the north-west by the ridge dividing Stony Bay from Okain’s Bay; on the south-west by the south-western boundary of section 1910, and a line in continuation thereof; and on the south-east by a right line drawn from the southernmost corner of that section to Pah Point.

PORT LYTTELTON DISTRICT.

Commencing at the south-west corner of section 1106, thence following a straight line to the source of the stream forming the eastern boundary of section 1882, following the said stream to the aforesaid River Halswell, thence along the said river to the easternmost corner of section 597, thence following a right line to Cooper’s Knobs, thence northerly along the ridge of the Port Lyttelton Hills to the top of the Hoon Hay Valley, following the eastern side of the said valley to the south-western corner of section 1944, and from thence returning in a straight line to the commencing point.

Commencing at the top of the spur on the east of sections 1161 and 1163 to the ridge of the Port Lyttelton Hills, following westerly along said ridge to a point being in line with the eastern boundary line of section 1012, thence following a straight line to the south-eastern corner of section 1012, and from thence returning along the eastern boundary of that section, the southern boundary of sections 248, and the eastern boundary line of sections 248 and 245 to the commencing point.

AROWHENUA DISTRICT.
