(a) DECLARATION.—I, Thomas Overton, of Meadow Bank, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded T O, being 2,000 in number, now being at Meadow Bank, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
