NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an order of this Honourable Court made on the 19th day of August last, the hearing of the petition of the above named creditor will take place at the Court House, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the Fifteenth day of November, 1864.

SALE OF TOWN AND RURAL LANDS.

Christchurch, Sept. 26, 1864.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed Thursday, the Third day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, at the hour of Noon, at a sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office, at Christchurch, as the time and place when a sale by auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place, in accordance with clause 24 and clause 35 of the Waste Lands Regulations, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the Regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury.

Applications will be received by the Waste Lands Board on and up to Thursday, the Twentieth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an order of this Honourable Court made on the 30th day of August last, the hearing of the petition of the above-named debtor will take place at the Court House, Christchurch, on Tuesday the Fifteenth day of November next, at eleven o'clock before noon.
