No. 345.—One acre; all those four quarter-acre sections of land situate in the town of Timaru, and numbered 441, 442, 443, and 444 on the map of the Chief Surveyor, setting out and describing the town above mentioned—for school purposes.

No. 346, in red.—One acre thirty-nine perches, all those five sections of land situate in the town of Geraldine and numbered 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 on the map of the Chief Surveyor, setting out and describing the town above mentioned; numbers 21, 22, 23, and 24 containing one rood each, and number 25 containing thirty-nine perches—for school purposes.

No. 347, in red.—One acre, thirty-nine perches, all those five sections of land situate in the town of Arowhenua, and numbered 178, 180, 182, 184, 186, on the map of the Chief Surveyor, setting out and describing the town above mentioned; Nos. 178, 180, 182, and 184, containing one rood each, and No. 186 containing thirty-nine perches—for school purposes.

No. 351, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district, commencing at a point on the north-west side of Harman’s road 30 chains south-west of the south-eastern corner of section 5716; following south-westerly along that road a distance of five chains, and extending back north-westerly a distance of 40 chains in a rectangular block—for a gravel pit.

No. 352, in red.—Twenty-seven acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere district; bounded on the north-westward and eastward by the Irwell; on the westward by the said river and the high bank forming the northern boundary of section 3603; and on the southward by section 3654 and 3603, subject nevertheless to the road leading to the Selwyn, which passes through this reserve and separates the before-mentioned sections 3603 and 3654, for which road allowance is made in the acreage—for a gravel pit.

No. 353, in red.—Four hundred and sixty acres, more or less, situate on the West Coast; bounded on the north-west and north-east by the river Teremakau; on the westward by the Ohine Kata Lake, separating this reserve from the native reserve; and on the south-eastward by a line half a mile distant from and parallel to the general direction of the north-western boundary above described (save and except the native reserve No. 27a), and subject to Mr. Todhunter’s application for forty acres—for a township.

No. 354, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Mandeville district; bounded on the south-east by the road north-west of section 6182 for a distance of about twenty chains, and extending back westerly a distance on the average of ten chains; being bounded on the southward by the road north-east of section 6330—for a gravel pit.

No. 355, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Mandeville district; having frontage of about twenty chains to the road dividing sections 4995 and 4996, and extending back westerly a distance on the average of ten chains; being bounded on the northward by a road—for a gravel pit.

No. 356, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford district, having frontage of ten chains to the road following the south-west boundary of section 4987, and running back north-easterly a distance on the average of twenty chains; being bounded on the south-east by the road on the north-west side of section 4671—for a gravel pit.

No. 357, in red.—Two roods thirteen perches, more or less, situate in the Oxford district; bounded on the northward by the new line of the Harewood road by Rangiora; on the southward by the old line of road; and on the eastward by the road on the west side of section 5141—for a gravel pit.

No. 457, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Mandeville district, having frontage of ten chains to the Harewood road by Rangiora, and extending back southerly a distance of twenty chains in a rectangular block; being bounded on the westward by C A pre-emptive right No. 6—for a gravel pit.
