HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it
to be notified that, in compliance with
a Resolution of the Provincial Council, he
has made the following Reserves, for the
purposes of gravel pits; viz. —
No. 359, in red.— Eighteen acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
bounded on the north-west by re-
serve No. 162 (in red); on the west-
ward by road forming the eastern
boundary of section 1954; on the
eastward by 6074; and on the south-
ward by a line at right angles to
said road, so as to include the above
quantity.
No. 360, in red.— Twenty acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
having frontage of ten chains to the
northern side of the Harewood road
by Rangiora, and extending back
northerly in a rectangular block a
distance of twenty chains, west of
and adjoining section No. 4063.
No. 361, in red.— Twenty acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
having frontage of ten chains to the
southern side of the Harewood road
by Rangiora, and extending back
southerly a distance of twenty chains
in a rectangular block, being bounded
on the eastward by section 3643.
No. 362, in red.— Twenty acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
having frontage of about ten chains
to the Harewood road by Rangiora, and extending back southerly a
distance of twenty chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the
eastward by the road on the west
side of section 5338.
No. 363, in red.— Ten acres, more or less,
situate in the Oxford district, bounded
on the southward by the Eyre road
north for a distance of ten chains, on
the eastward by the continuation of
the road forming the eastern boundary
of section 4524, on the westward by
a line at right angles to the first-
mentioned road, and on the north-
ward by a line parallel to the southern
boundary, so as to include the above
quantity.
No. 364, in red.— Ten acres, more or less,
situate in the Oxford district, bounded
on the westward by the continuation
of the road forming the western
boundary of section 6416, and extending back easterly a distance on
the average of ten chains, being
bounded on the northward by the
road which passes through section
4524.
No. 365, in red.— Twenty acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford district,
bounded on the north-east by the
Harewood road by Riccarton, on the
southward by the Eyre road south,
and on the north-westward by a line
at right angles to the first-mentioned
road, so as to include the above
quantity.
