(a) DECLARATION.—I, George Rutherford, of Addington, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 500 in number, marked H, now being depastured by me at the North bank of the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, J. N. Cameron, of Otago, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 900 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Waitangi, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
