Christchurch, July 25, 1864.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, under the 19th clause of the Waste Lands Regulations; viz:—

No. 351, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere District, commencing at a point on the north-west side of Harman’s Road, thirty chains south-west of the south-eastern corner of section 5716; following south-westerly along that road a distance of five chains, and extending back north-westerly a distance of forty chains, in a rectangular block—for a gravel pit.

No. 352, in red.—Twenty-seven acres, more or less, situate in the Ellesmere District, bounded on the northward and eastward by the Irwell, and on the westward by the said river and the high bank forming the northern boundary of section 3603, and on the southward by sections 3654 and 3603; subject, nevertheless, to the road leading to the Selwyn, which passes through this reserve, and separates the before-mentioned sections 3603 and 3654, for which road allowance is made in the acreage—for a gravel pit.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Auctioneers’ Ordinance, Session III., No. 8, I hereby give notice that the undermentioned person has taken out an Auctioneer’s License for the term ending 30th June, 1865:—
