to be Gaoler to the Christchurch Gaol.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership heretofore existing between Edmund Simmons Dalgety, George Buckley, and James Rattray, under the firm of Dalgety, Buckley, and Co., in the Province of Canterbury, in the Colony of New Zealand, and under the firm of Dalgety, Rattray, and Co., in the Provinces of Otago and Southland, in the same Colony, has this day expired by effluxtion of time.

The affairs of the said partnership in Canterbury will be wound up and liquidated by the said George Buckley, and those in Otago and Southland by the said James Rattray.

Christchurch, June 30, 1864.


DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between Herman Mahler and Frankers Hoult, under the style or firm of Mahler and Hoult, butchers, Leithfield, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will henceforth be carried on by H. Mahler, and all debts owing by the late firm will be paid by him, and all debts due to the late firm are requested to be paid to him, whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

Resident Magistrate’s Office,
Christchurch, July 4, 1864.

In pursuance of the “Public House Ordinance, 1862,” I, the undersigned Resident Magistrate at Christchurch, do hereby give notice that the under-mentioned persons having neglected to apply to the Treasurer for the Province of Canterbury, for the under-mentioned Licenses, granted at the annual meeting at Christchurch in May last, and to pay for the same, on or before the First day of July instant, the said Licenses are therefore withheld.
