The Hospital accommodation was satisfactory.

The Commissioners recommend that the full gratuities be paid to the Surgeon and Officers.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Sections of Land specified below will be submitted to public auction at the sitting of the Waste Lands Board, to be held at the Land Office, on Thursday, May 5, 1864, at the hour of Noon, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the Regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown, now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
