  • DECLARATION.β€”I, James Laurie, master of the schooner Zephyr, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, eighty in number, on board of the vessel Zephyr, now lying at Port Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
