DECLARATION.—I, William Leatham, of Wellington, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 787 in number, marked HB, now being on board of the vessel the Lord Ashley, Thomas Randall, commander, lying at Lyttelton, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 14th day of April, 1863.

WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

DECLARATION.—I, G. G. Adams, of Wellington, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 700 in number, now being on board of the vessel James W. Paine, Andrew Burke, Commander, lying at Lyttelton, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 25th day of April, 1863.

DECLARATION.—I, Charles Ifferson, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 237 in number, marked with a triangle, now being on board of the vessel Mary Ann Christina, Charles Ifferson, Commander, lying at Lyttelton, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

CHARLES IFFERSON.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 2nd day of May, 1863.

DECLARATION.—I, Alfred Louisson, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, twenty in number, now on board of the vessel Lord Ashley, J. Randall, Commander, lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 14th day of May, 1863.

DECLARATION.—I, John Thompson, of Melbourne, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 2,500 in number, marked O and OL, now being on board of the vessel Lansdowne, Captain Loury, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 20th day of May, 1863.

DECLARATION.—I, William Nicol Macbeth, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, seventeen in number (nine rams marked I, and eight ewes marked ¼), now being on board of the vessel Lady Bird, Renner, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, have not within three months last past had applied to them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
