I, John Scott Caverhill, of Hawkswood, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep 650 in number, marked O J S, now being depastured by me in the North Bank of the Hurunui, have not been within the past six months in any repudiated scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep unclean with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
